Challenge
As CROSSNET continues to grow rapidly, they have been launching their products in new countries. When companies expand to other countries, it’s important that they offer local phone numbers that customers can call conveniently and without being charged long-distance fees.
In CROSSNET’s case, they were launching in Australia and needed to forward calls from a local number in Australia to their team in the United States.
Companies can use an international call forwarding service to route phone calls from a local or toll free number in a specific country to another destination worldwide.
Results
CROSSNET found a solution to connect with their Australian customers and they were impressed with the affordable pricing and responsive customer service that Global Call Forwarding offers.
“Great reviews, great price, great customer service.” — Greg Meade, CEO
They are continuing to expand the business with new products like CROSSNET H20 and CROSSNET for Soccer, and they also launched an official partnership with USA Volleyball.
CROSSNET has also garnered impressive media coverage from major outlets like Forbes, ESPN, Barstool Sports, The Chicago Tribune, Good Day Sacramento, and others.
They’re just getting started and we hope to see CROSSNET as a household name globally.
Solutions
The CROSSNET CEO searched Google to buy an Australian phone number and found Global Call Forwarding (GCF). He then read some customer reviews and decided to sign up.
Within minutes, CROSSNET was able to set up a call service and virtual phone number in Australia that forwards calls to the USA.
“It was great! A quick setup call and we got the ball rolling with setting up our new number.” — Greg Meade, CEO
Additionally, CROSSNET needed a slightly flexible payment option to meet their internal invoicing needs.
While a credit card is the default payment system for GCF, CROSSNET requested to submit payments by wire transfer, which would integrate with their payments system.
The billing team at GCF set up payment terms for payment to be made upon the receipt of a monthly invoice. This payment process helped CROSSNET with their invoicing requirements.
