How to Use the Zoho VoIP Integration?
To use the Zoho-GCF integration, you need to be an existing customer of Global Call Forwarding and must activate the option for Zoho VoIP integration in your control panel.
You can also get the GCF integration from the Zoho Marketplace.
All you need to get started is:
- Global Call Forwarding Inbound or Outbound Calling — Basic or higher plan.
- Zoho CRM subscription.
- GCF Softphone app — download for free from the Microsoft Store (optional)
- GCF Click-to-Dial Chrome extension — from the Chrome web store (optional)
- Zoho CRM extension — activated via the GCF control panel.
