How to Use the Zoho Desk Integration?
To use the Zoho Desk help desk integration, you need to be an existing customer of Global Call Forwarding and must activate the option for Zoho Desk help desk integration in your control panel.
All you need to get started is:
- Global Call Forwarding Outbound Calling plan — Basic or higher
- Zoho Desk subscription
- GCF Softphone app — download for free from the Microsoft Store (optional)
- GCF Click-to-Dial Chrome extension — from the Chrome web store (optional)
- Zoho Desk extension — activated via the GCF control panel.
