All of this is customary to be able to securely conduct the transactions, collect needed contact information, and identify our customers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Do we use cookies?
Yes, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and compile aggregate data about site traffic and interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

How do we keep payment secure?
Global Call Forwarding purposefully does not store your credit card details. Instead, we use a Payment Card Industry or PCI-compliant payment processor that stores payment information and issues a token instead. These tokens do not contain card details and work as the card identifier for the processor. As a result, your payment information is always kept safe and only accessible to you.
Because our services extend across the nation, we are certified and committed to privacy protection in several states. We work in accordance with several different legal standards to ensure customers across the US are protected.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance (CalOPPA)
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
We are CCPA compliant, meaning our privacy policy is published and updated at least once a year, we disclose to all customers which data we utilize and what we do with it, maintain an inventory to track the history of data usage, notify customers at the point of or before data collection, give customers the right to access this data, give customers full autonomy on whether we keep or delete this data, and ensure customers know their rights.
Florida Information Protection Act Compliance (FIPA)
The Florida Information Protection Act guarantees protection through a requirement to notify customers of any information collected and/or stored by any entity. In compliance with this act, Global Call Forwarding is committed to remaining open with the data we collect and the intent behind that action. GCF works alongside FIPA to ensure that your information is not shared, and in the event of a breach, you are notified immediately to maximize protection.
Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act Compliance (VCDPA)
Similar to the CCPA, this act ensures that data compliance laws are customer-centric and protects individuals from losing control of their personal information and where it may end up. It follows suit with other compliance laws to ensure security. We are compliant with the VCDPA as we allow for customers to opt out of data collection at any time, protect any sensitive data if collected, and delete any data upon request.
Your Right to Privacy
You reserve the ability to choose which processes and data collections your personal information is stored in with Global Call Forwarding. In any case, where we process your data as a Data Controller, we want you to understand that you have the following privileges:
- To opt out of data collection
- To know what specific data we collect on you and why
- To know who we share data with if it is shared at all
- To request the deletion of data
- To correct inaccurate data
- To no retaliation following an opt-out or exercise of other rights
- To non-discrimination
